Award distribution in the presence of HRH Prince Philippe

The essenscia Innovation Award will take place during a formal ceremony in the presence of HRH Prince Philippe on Thursday 25th October 2012 at 10.00 a.m. in the Paleis der Academiën/Palais des Académies, rue Ducale/Hertogstraat 1 in Brussels.

The winner will be awarded a prize of 30.000 euros and will benefit from media coverage.

The jury

The jury will be presided by Mr François Cornélis, former Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of Total and composed of the following prominent personalities: Prof. Dr. Ir. Koenraad Debackere, Managing Director of KU Leuven Research & Development, Prof. Dr. Bruno van Pottelsberghe, Dean of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, ULB, Rik Vanpeteghem, CEO of Deloitte Belgium and Yves Verschueren, Managing Director of essenscia.

Deadline for submission: Friday 7th September 2012
Access to the competition is open to all industrial companies operating in Belgium including member and non-member companies of essenscia.
