Discover how your company can benefit from finding lead users
Users who innovate are called lead users or user innovators. They can be very valuable for companies who develop new products, services or product-service combinations. But how can companies detect these lead users? KU Leuven and Flanders Inshape initiated a research project to define a fast and systematic approach to detect and identify lead users. These lead users can eventually be engaged in the product development process.
You can find more information on this research project here.
We kindly invite you to a lunch session where you will gain insight in the approach and the first results of this research project. The case of Niko will show you how this approach works and what the results are.
Interested companies can still join the research program!
We look forward to a very productive session with all of you.
